How do I create a group for my friends?

After logging in, tap the "Create Group" button on the home screen. You can name your group, set privacy settings, and invite friends using their username or email address.

How does the waiting list work?

In any active session, tap "Join Waiting List" to add yourself to the queue. The app will notify you when it's your turn to play. You can view your position in the list at any time.

How do I record game results?

After completing a game, the winning team selects "We Won" in the session screen. The opposing team must then approve the result for it to be officially recorded in the statistics.

What devices can I use Blue Chalk on?

Blue Chalk is available on both iOS and Android devices through our React Native/Expo app. Download it from the App Store or Google Play Store.

How do I delete my Blue Chalk account?

You have two convenient options to delete your Blue Chalk account:

1. In-App Method: Navigate to your profile section within the Blue Chalk mobile app and look for the "Delete Account" option. Follow the on-screen instructions to permanently remove your account.
2. Contact Support: If you prefer, you can send us a message through our Contact Support feature on this website. In your message, request account deletion and provide the email address associated with your account. Our support team will assist you in removing your account.

Please note that account deletion is permanent and will remove all your game statistics, group associations, and personal information from our system.
